The University of Florida’s Pediatric Endocrinology Fellowship Program can accept up to four fellows at a time. Application requirements for our program include all of the following: 1) successful completion of ACGME-approved pediatric residency, 2) qualified to apply for full medical licensure in the State of Florida, and 3a) U.S. citizenship or permanent U.S. resident status (i.e., those holding green cards), or 3b) foreign medical graduates who do not need financial support.

Fellowship applicants should complete the standard ERAS application, provide all board scores and in-service training scores, and upload 3 letters of recommendation. Please note that for non-US citizens, we can only accept J-1 visas.
If applying to Florida’s Pediatric Endocrinology fellowship program, please note that Florida requires:
- Three ERAS letters of recommendation (LoR) submitted and pasted on to the letter writer’s institutional letterhead stationary
- A photocopy of your medical school diploma
- A recent copy of your CV
